February 6th - 8th | ||
Mike Danneman and I spent a few days visiting Helper, UT and the surrounding areas looking for Rio Grande Tunnel Motors. Our final count was eleven Tunnel Motors still wearing the Black and Gold paint. Along the way we saw a lot of interesting equipment from several different railroads. Also, while in Helper we ran into a couple of Rio Grande railroad workers. Its nice to know that the Borg hasn't assimilated everyone and everything yet. -Scott Phillips 04/15/00: All the pictures from this trip have finally been posted |
