C&O for Progress! This eastern giant didn't just haul coal. Cement, sand and other drybulk commodities travelled in these Pullman built ACF clones. During the long life of these cars, some roadnames wore as many as 5 different paint schemes. Built from 1938 to 1954, the cars in this release have 2 variations, the letters only and the "For Progress" version. In the "For Progres" logo, the sweeping line represents the smoke from a speeding streamline locomotive, which itself is indicated in the shape of the word progress.
