This 50' rib side box car with plug door, and without roofwalk rolled out of the Renton, Washington shops of the Pacific Car & Foundry in December 1965, and was delivered to Southern Pacific for use in Pacific Fruit Express service. It is painted reefer orange with white lettering, and black and white logo. The 130,000 lb capacity car functions as a R-70-15 mechanical reefer and is equipped with a Keystone Cushion Underframe and Barber® roller bearing trucks. Number SPFE 453571 was serviced in Tucson, Arizona in June 1975.
