| This blue 50' rib side box car,
plug door and no roofwalk has white lettering and runs on black
Barber® roller bearing trucks. Built in November on 1979 by
National Steel Car in Hamilton, Canada has a capacity of 154,000
lbs. and 5182 cu. ft. The GTW, a leading carrier of finished automobiles,
links Detroit with Chicago. In 1970, CN’s three U.S. subsidiaries:
Grand Trunk Western; Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific; and Central
Vermont began to operate together as the Grand Trunk Corporation.
Today, CN and its subsidiaries operate as CN North America. |
