This class BI-70-9, 50 standard box car with plug door and without roofwalk was built by Pullman-Standard in May 1966. It has aluminum roof and ends with yellow sides. Stenciling is in black. The full color Automated Railway map image on the right side promotes UPs computerized routing system and load cushioning. The large red dot on the door indicates that this car is being used to test special appliances such as Preco loaders. The 140,000 lb capacity car rolls on Barber® roller bearing trucks.
