Gray with black lettering on sides and ends is the color of this U.S. Navy 50’ flat car, fishbelly side w/ side mount brake wheel. The reporting data shows a service date of July 16, 1996, and a load limit of 208,600 lbs. In December 1997 #61-07016 was spotted at the Naval Weapons Station in Earle, New Jersey. It is used to transport ammunition from the weapons station to waiting ships.
