This pre-steel era 34’ wood sheathed caboose with straight cupola is painted in traditional caboose red. The stenciling is white and it wears the ‘Burlington Route’ square logo in black and white. CB&Q 14116 is equipped with Bettendorf trucks. The cabooses in this series were seen operating into the early 70s. The last MTL release of this car was August 1978.
