This 61' 8" bulkhead flat car was built by the Pacific Car & Foundry, Renton, Washington. It was painted for the Indiana Harbor Belt in reefer yellow with black and white lettering. It was rebuilt in April 1986 and subsequently serviced in July 1997. The 180,000 lb capacity flat has the AAR designation ‘FB’ and is equipped with Barber® roller bearing trucks. The Indiana Harbor Belt was incorporated in 1896 as the East Chicago Belt Railroad and received its present name in 1907.
