These 33’ twin bay hoppers with offset sides were delivered in June of 1973, painted black and lettered in white on the sides and ends. From a fleet of 1,000, these Class FH6 hoppers ran on the Clinchfield from Spartanburg, South Carolina to Elkton City, Kentucky. The road continues to carry coal to the steam plants in the Carolinas and Florida.
