The American Car & Foundry, at Huntington, West Virginia, built this 2 bay ACF Center Flow® covered hopper in June 1976. It is painted for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad in Armour yellow with dark blue sill, logo, and lettering. It is part of a 400-car order that ACF produced for Chessie System component, C&O. The Class LO hoppers have a 2,700 cu ft, 200,000 lb capacity, and are equipped with Barber® roller bearing trucks.
