NEWS FROM THE NATIONAL TRAIN SHOW
Bachmann was displaying their 2-8-0 and it was nothing short of fantastic. Although they did not have it running, if it runs as well as it looks then there will be nothing at all wrong with this engine. The detail level was described to me as "at least if not better than the quality of the Kato Mikado". The Bachmann Consolidation in HO scale was voted HO scale product of the year and has been a huge success. Let's hope that this will be the beginning of Bachmann becoming a strong player in the N Scale market.
