Clear and Tiinted Water Drops presents an easy solution for creating
realistic water effects on you rlayout or diorama. Simply heat the
granules with the liquid softener in your oven for 45 minutes at
350° and you will cxreate beautiful, tinted liquid with approximately
3 to 4 minutes to pour before hardening.
