We have seen some discussion that the powered unit can not pull the complete train on its own. We have tested this set and one power car was more than able to pull the complete train on its own. We did notice that 12" radius curves gave the unit some problems, I would suggest a minimum of 15" radius curves.

Both of the Loco's are unpowered. Pantographs are movable and can be independently raised.

Set has one powered unit, both trucks are powered.
