This 50’ rib side box car with
single door and no roofwalk is white with black lettering and runs
on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. The Warren & Ouachia Valley
Railway Company was a Rock Island subsidiary which operated from
Warren, in southeastern Arkansas, sixteen miles to Banks, where
it connected with the Rock Island. One hundred cars received W&OV
reporting marks. The number 5 was in service at Council Bluffs.
