This 33’ twin bay hopper with offset sides is box car red and runs on black Bettendorf trucks. This GN hopper received the “See America First–Glacier National Park” herald during its service in 1945. Several paint schemes were applied to hoppers in the 73200-73699 road number series and were seen in service together throughout the years. The “Great Northern RR” herald was used on the same series from 1948-1956 and the slant serif lettering was used beginning in 1956.
