This 40’ standard box car with plug door and no roofwalk is car #2 of a 44-car series representing each of the presidents of the United States. It bears the portrait of our second president, John Adams. The car comes with a commemorative pin replicated from that era. John Adams was born October 30, 1735 in Quincy, MA. He was an author of the Declaration of Independence, a delegate to the Continental Congress, and negotiator of the peace treaty with Great Britain.
