This 50’ standard box car with double plug doors, tall ladders and no roofwalk is painted green with white ‘Tropicana,’ orange ‘Orange Juice’ and white lettering. It was built in June 1974 by U.S. Railway Manufacturing Co. of Rock Island, IL, and runs on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. USLX 13081 was owned by Evans Railcar Leasing Co., formerly United States Leasing Co. (USLX), and was leased to Tropicana Products Sales, Inc. Tropicana transports orange juice in this insulated 135,000 pound capacity box car. That’s a big juice box.
