Built February on 1964 by the railroad (N&W) at the Roanoke shops located in Virginia, this 100 ton 3-bay hopper with rib sides was part of a 3,000 car fleet. It is painted black over all with white lettering on the sides and ends. The N&W Hamburger logo is printed in white. It has a cubic foot capacity of 3418 and a nominal capacity of 190,000 pounds. This release of the 108012 is packaged with coal loads #1 & #3.
