USRA steel box car with side brakewheel and ribbed roof is painted
box car red with white and red logo and white lettering. It
was built in April 1937 by Pullman-Standard, rebuilt in May
1956, and runs on Bettendorf trucks. This car, part of a 1000-car
fleet of Class B-6 boxcars lasted well into the 1980s. They
were built in 1937 by Pullman Standard and shown with the "Route
of the Silver Meteor" paint scheme applied after its service
in 1956.
