This 40' double-sheathed wood box car with single door worked for the Grand Trunk Railway between 1852 and 1923. It is painted light box car red with white lettering on the sides, doors and ends. The Grand Trunk Railway is the ancestor to the Grand Trunk Western Railroad which was incorporated in 1928 by CN to consolidate all of the Grand Trunk's U.S. properties.
