70’ heavyweight mail baggage car is painted Tuscan red
with buff lettering and black roof and runs on Pennsylvania
3D7P2 6-wheel trucks. Built by Pullman Company in 1923 and serviced
in 1945, this car went to Penn Central following the merger
with NYC.
