Painted glacier green with white lettering and the road name in red, this 40' standard box car with single door carries the road's 3-color herald along with "Rocky" the goat. The GN rebuilt 800 cars in 1961 and 1962 from their original wood-sided box cars within group 45000 to 52999. Cars in this series were originally built between 1937 and 1942, with #27163 being built in February 1941 and then rebuilt January 1961. (Last released 5/84)
