#2892, a 40' standard box car with single door was built by Pullman Standard in December of 1952. From a 100 PS-1 car fleet, it is painted box car red with white lettering. Chartered in 1834, the RF&P was a successful 113 mile short line between Richmond and Washington and carried the slogan 'Capital Cities Route'. On October 10, 1991, documents were signed by the CSX Corporation, ending this 157-year old independent railroad company
