New! Built in August of 1957, this 50' steel side 15 panel, fixed end gondola is painted vermillion and lettered in white and black. From a fleet of 200, it was one of the first mill gondolas purchased by the GN to haul fabricated steel components. Gondolas were well suited for this purposes because their low side walls were easy to load and unload while containing shifting loads. (#105540)

New! The body of this 39' single dome tank car is painted black with white lettering on sides and ends. Built in February 1911 by Pressed Steel Car Company, it was serviced in Vancouver in November of 1954. Although assigned a revenue number, this car, from a fleet of 20, was used mainly for company oil service during a time when S&PS was converting its steam locos from coal to oil. (#65470)

New! This 40' standard box car with double doors is painted box car red with white lettering on sides and ends. The 'Monad' logo is in black, red, and white. Built in February of 1942, it was serviced in November, 1962. #38296, a castoff of the Erie and Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroads is representative of the many cars NP needed to handle the lumber traffic between 1961 and 1963. New! This 50' flat car with straight side and side mount brake wheel was built in July 1957 at the Havelock shop. It is painted box car red with yellow lettering and reporting marks. From a fleet of 200 class FM-14A's it was used to haul a variety of machinery and lumber loads.(#44090)
