Built September, 1977 by FMC in Portland, Oregon, this 50' single door, rib side box car without roofwalk is painted orange with an aluminum roof. The lettering is black with the logo in red and white. The road is owned and operated by the city of New Orleans. The cars are leased from Itel Rail. This group of cars were eventually sold to the Sabine River & Northern Railroad company, road series SRN 5400-5449. Some cars remained in this original scheme but others were repainted. Freight connections include the Southern Pacific, Louisiana & Arkansas, Southern, Missouri Pacific, L&N, and the Illinois Central Gulf.
