This 50' plug door standard box car without roofwalk is painted green overall and wears the black and white Multi-mark. Variously stenciled with black and white lettering on the sides, doors, and ends, #80781 was one of 965 cars to receive this scheme in October of 1984. Built in April of 1965 as class XM, these green cars had Plate C clearance with 5090 cubic feet and were used for newsprint service only. In 1996, CP Rail changed their name to Canadian Pacific Railway and began using the circle-shield-beaver logo for their corporate identity.
