This 34’ wood sheathd caboose with straight cupola is painted vermilion with black roof. Running on black Bettendorf trucks, it displays the “See America First - Glacier National Park” herald with forward facing Rocky and yellow lettering. The GN caboose paint scheme was changed in the 1920s from Mineral Red to Vermillion Red bodies, black roofs, trucks, underframes, end platforms, railings and ladders with yellow lettering. The “See America First - Glacier National Park” herald with the forward facing “Rocky” on a black center disc was used from 1920-1940.
