This 33' twin bay hopper with rib sides is painted PRR freight car red with white stenciling on sides and ends. #220306 was built in March of 1942 by the Pennsylvania Railroad at the Altoona, PA Shops. When built, it received Pennsy freight car red truck side frames and draft gear lid. Class H31 hoppers had a capacity of 1859 cu. Ft., with a load limit of 129,700 pounds.
