Built by American Car and Foundry in April of 1930, these 39' single dome tank cars are painted aluminum with black belly and lettered in black. Stenciled on the sides is 'ICC 103' which indicates the Interstate Commerce Commission has specified them as general purpose cars commonly used to transport oils. (Originally released iin November 1979).
