Green Mountain Railroad boxcar with Barber Roller Bearing trucks
once belonged to the Marinette, Tomahawk & Western Railroad,
an Incentive Per Diem carrier. The Green Mountain is a Class III
railroad that operates in Vermont, and was founded in 1964. Under
the ownership of the Vermont Rail System since 1997, it operates
both freight and passenger services.
