These engines were originally released in the early 70's. At that time they were considered one of the best models on the market. By todays standards its still an acceptable engine. Can be converted to Micro-Trains couplers with an MTL-1103 (one package does one engine). NOTE: This is not a new production run. These are factory-new, but they were made some 20+ years ago. The mechanism may need lubrication.
