RECORD FLOODING IN LOUISIANA
One thing we know here at N Scale Supply is good BBQ. There's not much on this planet better than really really good Que. And it doesn't get much better then when you are giving good Que to someone who really needs it. And thats exactly what Operation BBQ Relief does. OBR started right after an EF-5 Tornado ripped thru Joplin Missouri in May 2011. They bring BBQ Teams into areas hit by some type of disaster and feed the people affected. They also feed the resuce teams; Fire, Police, National Guard and Emergency workers who are there to help. Using their expertise in cooking and catering they provide massive amounts of food, thousands of meals per day, at no cost to those affected.

They just deployed to Hammond and Baton Rouge Louisiana to help the people that are trying to cope with the record flooding that is occuring there right now. This area has received as much as 30" of rain in 72 hours. Tens of thousands of people have been displaced from their homes. Operation BBQ Relief is in the area and will be serving 4,000-5,000 meals tomorrow. OBR just posted to facebook that they need to ramp up to as much as 15,000 meals a day. It take money to do that.
