This kit will build one of five different height buildings. Walls are 24 scale feet high with cut lines to produce a 20,16,12, and 10 foot tall building. Door and window openings are provided, plus cut lines for optional openings. A variety of doors and windows plus downspouts are included. Dimensions: 40' X 60' Scale Feet (3-1/8' X 5-5/8").
