| Pour Ballast
down the center of the track. Spread ballast with a dry paint
brush. Brush ballast off rails and ties. |

| Mist lightly
with wet water (mix two drops of liquid dishsoap in one cup
of water). |

| Using
an eyedropper, thoroughly soak the Ballast with Scenic Cement,
carefully avoiding the track. |
